Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Diploma degree from any reputed Engineering University/Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take charge of the daily work of the Department, establish and improve the work responsibilities and work flow of the pilot test department.
∎ To introduce new products in R & D center.
∎ To participate in mobile phone and TWS stacking, PCB and structure review, output DMF report.
∎ To trial production, fixture making and preparation, and relevant production process development.
∎ To lead trial production from EVT to PVT, and output trial production report.
∎ To follow up and solution of small PP problems.
∎ Mass production SOP and production of gold plate.
∎ To introduce and implementation of new technology.
∎ To outsource processing plant, import comprehensive audit.
∎ To do qualified outsourcing, factory management and training.
∎ Any other tasks given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Additional knowledge on plant operation.
∎ Should have experience of designing Mobile phone based on different component Vendors.
∎ Should have knowledge on Product sourcing, SMT Process and NPI System.
∎ Fluent in English Language.
Salary: Negotiable
