Education:
∎ Bachelor’s degree from any public university in Mechanical Engineering
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years work experience in powerplant/ oil & gas / manufacturing industry.
∎ Fluent communication skills, including the ability to adopt in multicultural work environment in a stress condition.
∎ Hands on experience in installation, maintenance and overhaul of different industrial pumps, generators compressors and turbines.
∎ Strong knowledge on computerized maintenance management system (work order management, material/critical spare management and technical report writing.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow all Client’s rules and regulation include but is not limited to CoW, PSM, EM, IT, MVS process, Security protocol.
∎ Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of different engines, pumps, valves, turbines, compressors etc.
∎ Develop work plans, work scope and execution in JDE based computer sized maintenance management system (CMMS) with maintenance planning and scheduling
∎ Manage all spare parts in inventory for maintenance activities·
∎ Generate material requisition in SMART GEP.
∎ Prepare, prioritize and track maintenance Short/long term job plan·
∎ Interpretation of facility drawings, MOC, P&ID, regulations & relevant technical code and standard·
∎ Developing repair procedure for different equipment's following manufacturing guideline incorporated with Client technical code & standard.
∎ Operational knowledge of all gas plant process facility in BBU
∎ Prepare work pack for different projects and turnaround job & prioritize
∎ Cope up with Client D&I activities
