∎ Role Overview
∎ We’re looking for a versatile Instructor and Team Lead to join our team remotely from Bangladesh. This unique role combines teaching, leadership, and technical expertise to deliver engaging training sessions and guide students toward professional success.
∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ 🔹 Teaching & Mentoring:
∎ Deliver hands-on training in GIS (QGIS & ArcGIS), AutoCAD, and Accounting (QuickBooks).
∎ Develop and refine course materials like presentations, exercises, and manuals.
∎ Adapt teaching methods to match diverse learning styles.
∎ 🔹 Leadership & Team Management:
∎ Lead and manage a remote team of educators and coordinators.
∎ Mentor students to create professional portfolios and prepare for job applications.
∎ Foster collaboration and accountability within the team.
∎ 🔹 Administrative & Technical Duties:
∎ Develop reports and instructional materials in fluent, professional English.
∎ Assist in creating workflows for accounting tasks and QuickBooks training.
∎ Collaborate with leadership to enhance course content and delivery.
∎ What We’re Looking For
∎ Must-Haves:
∎ ✅ Exceptional English writing and verbal communication skills (American accent preferred).
∎ ✅ Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and familiarity with QGIS/ArcGIS.
∎ ✅ Basic understanding of Accounting (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
∎ ✅ Proven teaching or training experience.
∎ ✅ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
∎ Preferred:
∎ 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
