Job Context:
∎ The Company is looking for qualified, young and talented professional for the "MTO/Assistant Manager-Engineer position for VitaCan Industries Ltd.
∎ Job Location: Doaigaon, Gotashia, Monohordi, Narsingdi, Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for all machineries.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
∎ Ensure the schedule maintenance of all machineries.
∎ Assess equipment and control systems operation to determine performance.
∎ Assist plant performance and ensures plants and facilities are operating within equipment design operating limits, producing on-grade products and meeting performance targets.
∎ Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve any abnormalities in plant operations, fostering a teamwork-oriented environment.
∎ Coordinate production activities, ensuring compliance with manufacturing technology, product quality standards and machineries operations as per regulatory guidelines.
∎ Provide technical support for production activities.
∎ Ensure good quality of finish products as per process requirement.
∎ Candidates must have good proficiency on English and capable to communicating with foreign delegate through written and verbal communication.
∎ Any other job assigned by the plant In-charge.

∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Willing to work in Factory
∎ 0 to 5 years of experience
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
