Educational Requirements:
∎ B.sc in Textile Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, Market Research

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating all activities related to the sourcing and procurement comparative statement analysis of manufacturing raw materials, office equipment, stationery and also other required items to manage a highly fluctuating market or synchronization of supply against demand.
∎ Assisting monthly, quarterly and yearly procurement action plan for the department.
∎ Preparing work budget.
∎ Preparing work order, PI and also bill generating.
∎ Data Entry/Database maintaining/Record keeping as per vendors/suppliers.
∎ Coordination with other departments.
∎ Assisting for sample collection and new product sourcing.
∎ Quick learner regarding market survey and competitive rate collection.
∎ Purchase order preparation.
∎ Monitoring product availability and effective sourcing in terms of best price, quality and delivery timeline.
∎ Ensuring distribution and storing chain maintenance from product in house to end using.
∎ Determination to achieve the procurement target as per company following particular duration.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
