We are looking for a multi-disciplinary Creative Designer who is as comfortable designing a sleek UI in Figma as they are rendering a 3D motion sequence or editing a high-energy social media reel.
This is a versatile role requiring a "Swiss Army Knife" of design skills. You will be responsible for the end-to-end creative process—from initial wireframes and static brand assets to advanced post-production video editing and 3D animation.
Motion Design (2D & 3D): Conceptualize and animate high-quality motion graphics, including logo animations, explainer videos, and 3D product visualizations.
Pro Video Editing: Lead the post-production process for social media reels and ads—handling advanced transitions, color grading, sound design, and captioning for maximum engagement.
UI & Digital Design: Use Figma to design modern, user-centric interfaces for websites and apps, and create high-fidelity prototypes.
AI-Assisted Creation: Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly) to accelerate workflows and generate unique creative assets.
Brand Assets: Design stunning static logos, banners, and marketing collateral using Illustrator and Photoshop.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with developers and marketers to ensure designs are functional, brand-consistent, and optimized for performance.
Adobe After Effects: Mastery of keyframing, expressions, and compositing.
3D Software: Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya (Modeling, Texturing, and Animation).
2D Animation: Experience with character rigging and vector-based motion.
Adobe Premiere Pro & CapCut: Expert-level editing for long-form and short-form (Reels/TikTok) content.
Sound Design: Ability to sync audio, mix background tracks, and use SFX to enhance visual impact.
Figma: Strong ability to create UI layouts, components, and interactive prototypes.
Adobe Suite: Expert knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
Canva Pro: Ability to create quick, scalable templates for social media teams.
Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of platform-specific specs (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio/showreel featuring 2D/3D motion, video editing, and Figma layouts.
