Job Context:
∎ Alliance for cooperation and legal aid Bangladesh (ACLAB) is a national NGO working in Bangladesh for the past 35 years in the development sector is looking for the below-mentioned position in Bhasanchar:
∎ Position: Monitoring & Evaluation officer
∎ Project: Support to FDMN in Bhasanchar WASH sector
∎ Supported by: BRAC
∎ Working Station 100% at Bhasanchar, Rohingya camp, Hatiya, Noakhali.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures for facilities under the project activities.
∎ Develop monitoring and impact indicators for the project's success; develop a monitoring strategy for the project.
∎ Monitor and evaluate overall progress on the achievement of results and sustainability of the project's results.
∎ Provide feedback to the Project Manager on project strategies and activities.
∎ Report monthly and quarterly progress on project activities to the higher authority.
∎ Participate in project reviews and planning workshops and assist the Project Manager in preparing relevant reports.
∎ Prepare monitoring reports and submit them to Program Manager and higher authority.
∎ Field visit/ site visit/ household visit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ At least 2-3 years of experience in the design and implementation of M&E in humanitarian and development projects implemented by national/ international NGOs/UN bodies/Governments.
∎ Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports.
∎ Strong training & facilitation skills.
∎ Computer skills and communication.
∎ Required to adhere to the values of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, non-discrimination, gender justice, women's rights, and child safety.
Salary:
∎ Salary: BDT 60,000 Consolidated
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly salary BDT 60,000.00 consolidated including AIT. Others benefits will be applicable as per project documents.
