Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline; preferred with technical background

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining the quality of the Data in terms of issue escalation, progress, vendors and equipment related data which we need to track and maintain for the quality reports as per guidelines
∎ Responsible for checking all kind of progress, Progress forecasting and variation of the progress as compare to requirement for the project closure which helps to close the project within the timeline mentioned in the contract.
∎ Responsible to update MIS Plan vs achievement as per the define target of the Customer and update to all stake holders within the organization.
∎ Responsible for Documentation verification, pendency escalation and weekly document report need to publish with key discrepancies to concerned stake holders.
∎ Responsible Client Inward and Outward letter record and manage in the folder to avoid the delay payment of due to documents non availability of document
∎ Responsible for monitoring the Plan vs actual project progress and raise alert in case of any deviation
∎ Responsible to Coordinate with Logistics and local purchase team for the supply of equipment
∎ Responsible for All Internal MIS reporting as per the templates freeze by stake holders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relevant experience in MIS reporting.
∎ Analytical skills
∎ Polished communication and convincing/influencing skills
∎ Sound presentation and documentation skills
∎ Team management skills
∎ Self-driven and proactive in approach
∎ MS Excel/MS Power Point expertise

Salary:
∎ Depending of experience and qualification
