Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should have in-depth knowledge about composition, structure & other physical attributes of the earth and keep up to date with current geological research especially in Bangladesh.
∎ Maintain liaison and regular communication with Government bodies such as Geological Survey of Bangladesh, Petrobangla, Barapukuria Coal Mine Company Ltd., Maddhapara Granite Mine Company Ltd., Bangladesh Petroleum Exploration Company (BAPEX), etc.
∎ Conduct surveys and interpreting geological data in order to inform drilling and production procedures. Ensure all procedures adhere to health and safety regulations and pit mapping.
∎ Design drilling program (open-pit and underground mines) in potential area in cost effective & efficient manner. Locating ore/ minerals and communicating the coordinates of that ore for exploration, extraction and monitoring operational activities.
∎ Perform work of geological mapping, surveying, exploration and management of mineral resource. Create a 3D geologic and block model of what ore body looks like with the gathered information.
∎ Supervise construction of mine shafts and oversee construction of underground tunnels. Have clear concept and good understanding of mineral processing operations, land reclamation, mining operations, safe extraction methods, mining equipment and explosives for mining.
∎ Play effective role in planning and execution of concurrent reclamation & land rehabilitation works and to make report to produce before the management time to time.
∎ Work closely international partners, geologists, engineers, metallurgy experts and field officers & operation crews as and when required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years in the respective field either in lab or direct mining project
∎ Advanced knowledge on MS Office
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with good commend in English
∎ Good Analytical & problem-solving skills
∎ Effective technical skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
