∎ Master degree/ post-graduation in Microbiology / Virology from any reputed Medical College/University
Requirements:

∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ Have at least three (3) years of experience working on projects related to Microbiology or Virology and strengthening diagnostic networks/laboratories.
∎ Proven ability to act as a technical expert for new technologies laboratory community.
∎ Ability to work in a complex project implementation environment, with multiple tasks, short lead times and intense performance pressure.
∎ Proven experience in coaching and supervising the strengthening of laboratory services and training in quality improvement approaches.
∎ Good knowledge of the use of data to improve laboratory programs, particularly with respect to LMIS reporting and functionality.
∎ Excellent facilitation, team building and coordination skills.
∎ Strong programming, management, technical and critical thinking skills to facilitate program implementation.
∎ Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and report writing skills.
∎ Knowledge of strengthening laboratories to achieve international quality standards, in particular in relation to ISO 15189 and/or SLMTA/SLIPTA or country standards.
