Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As an individual Engineer to handle all related tasks of production & quality of Billet and Rebar.
∎ Study and Characterization on aluminum addition in steel melting.
∎ Developing corrosion resistance steel billet and rebar.
∎ Heat Treatment (Annealing , hardening, tempering) of low carbon steel.
∎ Processing and Characterization of SiC Reinforced AZ91 magnesium Alloy Metal Matrix Composite.
∎ Failure analysis of gas pipe line.
∎ Perform metallurgical testing and analysis in a laboratory and perform fieldwork outdoors
∎ Should comply to all environmental and safety laws and regulations
∎ Identify new products and opportunities through field research
∎ Study characteristics and behaviors of various metals; identify metal isolation and extraction methods
∎ Developing of mining projects and metallurgical investigations
∎ Prepare project budgets and work schedules
∎ Provide training to employees and training programs in related field.
∎ Research new products and methods to decrease costs and increase productivity
∎ Perform quality assurance tasks and consultation to clients and management
∎ Ability to think critically and problem solve of difficult technical situations
∎ Assign routine work to subordinate & receive feedback there against.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by Management of the Company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ At least 5-10 year(s) practical experience in the same field and same Business area (Steel & Re-Rolling Mills).
∎ Steel production, Heat Treatment
∎ Materials Characterization
∎ Induction Furnace and Foundry
∎ Product Design
∎ Ore dressing and extraction
∎ Research work
∎ Profound analysis & people management skill.
∎ Willing to work under immense pressure.
