∎ Knowledge of metallurgical testing techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Evaluate and optimize metallurgical processes to improve efficiency, quality, and yield.
∎ Manufacturing problem analysis & solution of Home Appliance Product.
∎ Evaluate & optimize the current process.
∎ Waste minimization.
∎ New project development.
∎ Conduct regular process audits to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that metals meet industry standards.
∎ Collaborate with design and production teams to choose the most appropriate materials for each project.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in metallurgical processes.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality control, to ensure seamless integration of metallurgical processes.
∎ Ensure that metallurgical processes comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
∎ Investigate and resolve issues related to metallurgical processes, such as defects or inconsistencies in the final product.
