∎ 1. Basic knowledge of metallurgical processes (Heat Treatment, Brazing, Welding, Die casting, Deep Drawing).2. Sound knowledge on metal and plastic properties. 3. Must be very good at algorithms and analytical skills. 4. Proactively engage in the planning, design, implementation
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Process stabilization for furnace brazing such as temperature, time, conveyor speed etc. 2. Defining material cladding property, thickness and future improvement.3. Analyzing aluminum alloy & material thickness. 4. Working on microchannel heat exchanger coating process. 5. Improve existing brazing process such as brazing automation, tolerance maintain, brazing rod selection & change on manual process 6. Selection of best suitable flux for condenser furnace brazing 7. Implementation of heat shrink where needed & selection of suitable heat shrink material 8. Analysis of market feedback & work on that such as process improvement or material improvement 9. Development of coating process in brazing joint area 10. Overall process improvement against material corrosion & leakage issue 11. Supervising all metallurgical issues and testing 12. Developing quality brazing process and post brazing treatment of VRF unit and improving leakage issues 13. Collaborating with all testing lab for material testing and selection purpose. 14. Execute all types of chemical & mechanical test for material development (Mill test, SST,SWAAT & others).15. Any others work assigned by superior.
