∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure security at office premises both sift day & night.
∎ Documents send & receive from Govt. office, Local & other organizations.
∎ Internal documents serve from desk to desk.
∎ Doing photocopy & binding as required.
∎ Serve water desk to desk.
∎ Clean Office room & furniture daily basis.
∎ Goods packing & send/receive to/from SA Paribahan or any other services.
∎ Goods loading & unloading from vendors related to repair maintenance.
∎ Support documents related to tasks in coordination with other project staff.
∎ Ensuring the visibility of the project as per project design/planning.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum Two Years of relevant experience in international or national NGOs or hospital/hotel industries.
∎ Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
∎ Minimum level of spoke and written English language skills will be added advantages.
∎ Willing to travel and work in the most remote areas of Bangladesh
∎ Having a valid driving license for motorbike and drive willingly at the field level will be added advantages.
∎ Willing to adapt to IRW's norms and values
∎ Supportive, effective, and good team player
∎ Communication, planning, and organizational skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Financial Management Skills.
