∎ Job Purpose: MEP is responsible for managing the mechanical (HVAC, FPS, FAS, etc.), electrical, and plumbing activities of the Real Estate Division. This role involves overseeing MEP design and budgeting, providing technical inputs during project planning, and ensuring the seamless integration and performance of MEP systems in both current and upcoming properties.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Oversee the design and implementation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
∎ 2. Manage all MEP activities for real estate projects.
∎ 3. Develop and maintain MEP design and budget plans.
∎ 4. Provide technical inputs during the project planning phase.
∎ 5. Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
∎ 6. Coordinate with other departments to integrate MEP systems.
∎ 7. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
∎ 8. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks.
∎ 9. Optimize energy efficiency and sustainability in MEP designs.
∎ 10. Prepare and review technical drawings and specifications.
∎ 11. Manage procurement and vendor relationships.
∎ 12. Resolve any MEP-related issues that arise during construction.
∎ 13. Ensure safety protocols are followed in all MEP activities.
∎ 14. Train and mentor MEP engineering staff.
∎ 15. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and innovations.
∎ Education: Bachelor’s of Science (BSc) in Electrical/ Mechanical required.
∎ Experience: Minimum 10-15 Years
