∎ BSc in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all aspects of MEP installations of the project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
∎ Develop the project plan, schedule, and budget, and track progress against the plan.
∎ Co-ordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including the client, sub-contractors, and team members.
∎ Ensure that all safety, quality, and regulatory standards are met or exceeded.
∎ Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
∎ Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
∎ Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP installation projects.
∎ Age below 45 years is preferable.
∎ Proven track record of successfully managing MEP installation projects, minimum three years as a senior manager.
∎ Excellent communication (written and verbal) & presentation skills in English.
∎ Strong knowledge of construction industry best practices, regulations, and safety standards.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficiency in project management software and tools.
∎ Living in Uttara will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent knowledge in written and spoken English & Bengali.
