Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, plan, and oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction and interior projects.
∎ Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and site teams to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design.
∎ Supervise MEP installations on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
∎ Conduct load calculations, energy efficiency analysis, and system performance evaluations.
∎ Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues that arise during project execution.
∎ Ensure proper selection and procurement of MEP equipment and materials.
∎ Monitor the quality of MEP work and ensure adherence to project timelines.
∎ Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems before project handover.
∎ Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
