∎ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering & Electrical Engineering or related field.

∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience in MEP design, specifically in HVAC, Fire, and Plumbing systems.
∎ Strong knowledge of industry standards and codes related to MEP systems.
∎ Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
∎ Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
∎ Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to design challenges.
∎ Strong project management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and prepare MEP system drawings, including HVAC, fire protection & Detection System, and plumbing systems.
∎ Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to develop integrated solutions.
∎ Prepare and manage design documentation, including layout plans, schematics, and specifications.
∎ Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and regulations.
∎ Support the BD team by providing technical expertise and innovative design ideas for new business opportunities.
∎ Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and deliver effective MEP design solutions.
∎ Conduct feasibility studies and provide value engineering solutions to optimize designs.
