Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Transcribe prescriptions during the doctors' consultations.
∎ Transcribe prescriptions properly from the handwritten prescriptions when you're not present during the consultations.
∎ Obtain sign-offs from the doctors before uploading.
∎ Store the documents where necessary.
∎ Assist in updating the report for Korean passengers.
∎ We are looking for Medical Transcriptionist, who will assist the consultant in writing prescription/consultation summary/management plan and proper data input in Hospital Information System (HIS) as well as finalizing patient’s record as per the prescribed format/module. He/she should be available to work in flexible shifting hour. The role requires effective communication & good management skill to deal with consultants and diversified patients and other team members of the assigned department. He/ she shall be responsible to ensure customers satisfaction and service excellence.
