Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Medical Technology from any institution recognized by the government.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare patients and perform specimen collection, labeling, storage, transportation and testing, reporting, and delivery of reports.
∎ Maintain equipment and ensure purchasing of lab reagent with the proper stock of reagent.
∎ Maintain health and safety regulations regarding infection prevention and waste disposal practices.
∎ Organize reporting, recording, and interpretation of results.
∎ Carry out other related and lawful duties as and when assigned by the supervisor/the authority.
∎ Undertake any other lawful responsibilities as assigned by the office/supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ The applicants should have at least 2 years' experience in the following area(s): Medical Technology/ Lab Operation.
∎ Willingness to work with poor and marginalized people.
∎ Good report writing, laboratory, and pharmacy management skills.
∎ Knowledge and experience of primary healthcare principles and management.
∎ Proper working knowledge in Bangla and English (both spoken and written)
∎ Should have proper knowledge of lab management of a rural-based PHC clinic.
∎ Should have proper knowledge of pharmacy management of a rural-based PHC clinic.
∎ Microsoft office package like: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (email) and web browsing.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 23500 (Monthly)
∎ Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ All admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Naboborsho Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed.
