Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work closely with the Chief Medical Officer to implement strategic plans and policies for the hospital's medical services.
∎ Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of doctors and consultants in various clinical departments.
∎ Generate, analyze and present reports on medical quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Plan, organize and execute CME programs for doctors and medical staff to support ongoing professional development.
∎ Ensure that clinical departments have the necessary facilities, equipment and resources for seamless operation.
∎ Generate and maintain accurate documentation related to medical quality, departmental activities and any relevant reports requested by the Chief Medical Officer.
∎ Implement quality assurance measures in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer to enhance patient care.
