Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS from any recognized Medical College (preferably from Public Medical College) & registration with Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council.(BMDC)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Job Location- Gorat, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka
∎ Duty Schedule- Saturday to Thursday (Full time)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring overall Health & Safety issues in Factory.
∎ Maintaining health check-up of worker & staffs periodically.
∎ Advise medicine after diagnostics problem.
∎ Take care all health issues of the employees.
∎ Conducting necessary training for workers first aid training, health & safety training etc.
∎ Provide daily health service, treatment, advice & suggestion to management, staff and workers.
∎ Advice regarding medical leave to management, workers and staff also.
∎ Do medical checkup for pregnant women workers.
∎ Ensure age verification of newly recruited workers.
∎ Provide first aid treatment of injuries of factory workers.
∎ Prepare monthly injury list of workers and according to disease prepare patient record on monthly basis.
∎ Develop awareness program material for the workers each month based on analysis of top three diseases.
∎ Prepare monthly medicine requirement and raise requisition to Admin Department.
∎ Provide training on first aid to the floor first aid aider.
∎ Inspect and visit floor in aspect of health of workers and inform management to take action.
∎ Attend monthly health safety related committee meeting and provide suggestions.
∎ Ensure continual improvement of work environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Doctor/Consultant
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments.
∎ Experience in Garments sector is preferable.
∎ Candidate residing in /around Uttara/Ashulia Area will be encouraged to apply.
