Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide medical consultation and treatment to walk-in (outdoor) patients.
∎ Manage and monitor indoor patients in general wards and cabins.
∎ Conduct patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.
∎ Ensure proper growth of the hospital and manage the hospital staff.
∎ Prescribe and interpret diagnostic tests as per clinical need.
∎ You can refer patients to specialists when they need advanced care.
∎ Communicate clearly with patients and their families about medical conditions and care plans.
∎ For outpatient care, duty hours are from 9 am to 5 pm. In an emergency, the doctor remains on call by the duty nurse.
∎ Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and ethical guidelines. If an operational emergency occurs, take necessary action after discussing it with management.
∎ Participate in internal case discussions and training sessions as required.
