Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide medical support to our employees.
∎ Properly monitor the medical team
∎ Perform medical check up during recruitment.
∎ Counselling with the workers about their health & safety related issues.
∎ Awareness meeting with workers for health related issue,different types of diseases, seasonal diseases,occupational injuries and so on .
∎ Ensuring all the workers are cordially & equally treated & served during medical checkups.
∎ Making strategy to improve the female workers health & take preventive action to keep the workers fit.
∎ Must have good computer knowledge to ensure proper documentation.
∎ Ensuring proper periodic checkup of pregnant workers.
∎ Monitoring health and safety issues of Childcare center.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by management .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in garments sector will get preference.
∎ Good interpersonal ability.
∎ Must be very good in communicating with the workers and staffs.
Salary: Negotiable
