Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including history taking, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
∎ Diagnosis and Treatment: Identify health conditions and provide appropriate treatment or referrals for further care.
∎ Health Counseling: Offer preventive health advice and lifestyle recommendations to patients.
∎ Medical Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality.
∎ Collaboration: Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and follow-up.
