Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Department: Intensive and Critical Care Medicine
∎ Job Location: Foy's Lake, Khulshi, Chattogram
∎ Applications are invited for following position in BBMH on the terms and conditions mentioned below.
∎ Assess and stabilize critically ill patients admitted to the ICU.
∎ Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress closely.
∎ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
∎ Perform invasive procedures when necessary, such as intubation, central line placements, and arterial catheterizations.
∎ Administer medications and adjust dosages as needed.
∎ Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.
∎ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
∎ Document assessments, interventions, and responses to treatment·
∎ Participate actively in interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings.
∎ Stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in critical care medicine.
∎ Identify areas for improvement within the ICU and contribute to the development of protocols and policies·
