Education:
∎ MBBS, PGT/Diploma in Intensive and Critical Care Medicine, experience in intensive care preferable.

∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Employment Status: As per roster (minimum 08 hours per day; 06 days a week).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assess and stabilize critically ill patients admitted to the ICU.
∎ Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress closely
∎ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
∎ Perform invasive procedures when necessary, such as intubation, central line placements, and arterial catheterizations.
∎ Administer medications and adjust dosages as needed.
∎ Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.
∎ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
∎ Document assessments, interventions, and responses to treatment
∎ Participate actively in interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings.
∎ Stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in critical care medicine.
∎ Identify areas for improvement within the ICU and contribute to the development of protocols and policies
∎ Any other task assign by the authority
