Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work as a Centre Chief in Primary Care Health Centre.
∎ Leading, guiding, and directing the Health Centers according to Management Policy.
∎ To provide necessary instruction to all the staffs of health centre for doing their job responsibilities according to the company policy.
∎ To provide appropriate treatment to the patients by his professional knowledge and experience.
∎ To initiate necessary action and generating new ideas, implement and try to develop the health center as a self sufficient.
∎ To organize different specialized camp in his Health Centre's area.
∎ To provide the proper guidance to the Medical Assistant, Paramedic, Lab Technologist and Health Assistants.
∎ Ensure policy implementation, discipline and proper implementation of rules and regulation of the organization.
∎ Prepared long term and short term plan for devoloping and proper documentations as advised by the higher authority.
∎ Any other task to be assigned by the Reg higher authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 Years working experience in any reputed NGO (s) / Organizations involve in Project Monitoring & Development / Health Care Service etc.

Salary: Negotiable
