Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Properly monitoring the medical team effectively & efficiently.
∎ Provide emergency care to the employees and workers in case of workplace-related injuries, illness, and exposure.
∎ Keep records of sickness and develop injury and incident prevention strategies for others.
∎ Conduct training on safety, Health & Environment.
∎ Primary management of accidental injuries.
∎ First Aid and Emergency Care.
∎ Implement company health and hygiene policy and procedure under her functional area.
∎ Responsible for factory employee's health care, minor surgical treatment of employees & coordinating for Implementation/ follow policies/procedures/ SOP related to Occupational health & medical services related to administrative work.
∎ Medical Check-up for pregnant workers.
∎ During the pregnancy, periodical check of the health status of pregnant employees and keep register accordingly.
∎ Ensure overall health and safety issues in the factories and perform health checkups of workers and staff periodically.
∎ Providing a medical certificate as and when necessary.
∎ Medical fitness test, age estimation at the time of recruitment.
∎ Conduct awareness programs on Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE) and seasonal diseases.
∎ Manage the factory Health Centre and convey all kinds of medical-related reports to the reporting authority.
∎ Address medical problems of the workers as well as any industrial health-related problems i.e. monitoring hazards, use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), biological monitoring, etc.
∎ Provide first aid to emergency patients and take necessary actions to refer them to a specialist in nearby hospitals for better treatment.
∎ Medicine maintenance as per compliance requirements.
∎ Providing First Aid and other treatment to employees and workers suffering from illness or injuries.
∎ Counseling of employees and workers individually or in the group.
∎ Discharge any work assigned by higher authority as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the RMG areas will be an added advantage.
∎ Age not exceeding 35 years.
∎ Clinical skills in emergency medicine, intensive care are also required.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have excellent patient management skills.
∎ Should have the ability to correspond accurately with buyers & audits.
∎ Computer literacy specially in MS Word and Excel.
