Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure highest standards in patient care.
∎ Perform medical checkup during Recruitment.
∎ Supervising & mentoring medical assistants.
∎ Handling awareness programs
∎ Prescribe, administer and dispense medications in accordance with laws & regulations
∎ Perform administrative duties and health risk management.
∎ Verify complex diagnoses and facilitate treatment plans.
∎ Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications and transactions according to company policies and procedures
∎ Conduct periodic follow up of pregnant employees and sustain nutrition programs for pregnant employees.
∎ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
∎ Conduct periodic training of First Aiders and ensure relevant compliance guidelines.
∎ Report to senior management as well as liaise between administrative and medical staffs.
∎ Sharing improvement plan of Health & Safety with factory welfare team.
∎ Ensure consistent and accurate medical record keeping practices
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills to provide sensitive and appropriate medical counselling
∎ Excellent verbal communication skills and concise report writing skills
∎ Required to be team oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure in a stressful environment,
∎ Ability to be innovative, flexible, adaptive, and willingness to work in potentially stressful and challenging environments
