Education:
∎ Minimum M.B.B.S from authorized medical college.
∎ Must have registration from Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC).

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ At least 3 -5 years’ experience as doctor in any export oriented RMG factory.
∎ Must have outstanding inter personal skill
∎ Must have outstanding verbal & written communication skill.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Medical treatment to all employees during their duty period as per requirement
∎ Doctor will certify age and fitness all of workers of employees during recruitment as per law.
∎ Advise management in order to ensure health and safety in work place.
∎ Medical Officer will advise on how to keep good health.
∎ Take proper steps in order to prevent contagious diseases in the factory.
∎ Doctor will give suggest to patient about his further necessary treatment.
∎ Doctor will train up to his subordinates nurse & medical Asst.
∎ Doctor will conduct continuous awareness programs in order to establish sustainable health & safety standard in the factory.
∎ When necessary, doctor will refer patients to hospital for emergency patient.
∎ Doctor will ensure that all the first aiders have enough training & knowledge.
∎ Arrange the first-aid training and keep the register.
∎ Doctor will ensure health & safety related compliance issues inside the factory.
∎ Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by management.
