Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Applications are invited on an urgent basis for this position in IAHS-H on the following terms and conditions:
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Provides clinical care by diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions and diseases.
∎ Conducts thorough assessments, including physical exams and patient history, to determine appropriate treatment plans.
∎ Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized treatment plans and ensures that they are followed.
∎ Monitors patient progress and modifies treatment plans as necessary based on patient responses and evolving medical conditions.
∎ Provides immediate care in emergency situations and stabilised patients for further treatment or transfer.
∎ Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.·        Ensures compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to medical ethics and legal standards.
∎ Coordinates with other Depts and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
∎ Works closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
∎ Educates patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures
∎ Provides consultations and second opinions to other medical staff as needed.
∎ Engaged in quality assurance activities and contributes to initiatives aimed at improving healthcare services.
∎ Mentors and trains junior medical staff, including residents and interns.
∎ Applies evidence-based practices to ensure high standards of patient care.
∎ Attends OPD/indoor patients/wards & cabins.
∎ Participates in academic activities.
∎ Carries out tasks assigned by the competent authority.
