Educational Requirements:
∎ Medical Graduate and registered with Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide personal, family, and community-orientated comprehensive primary healthcare medical services to individuals at the clinic and field levels. As a part of the team, s/he is responsible for providing patient-centered, culturally appropriate, and holistic care to a defined population.
∎ Provide family planning services, with contraceptive advice and sexual health services.
∎ Ensure immunization programs making available to the target population.
∎ Prepare monthly reports, health center budgets, and drug requisitions on a regular basis.
∎ Supervise all staff based at the complex (Paramedic, Lab technician Counselor, Physiotherapist, Health assistants, etc.)
∎ Provide technical assistance to paramedics, Lab technician, and Health assistants to improve their technical competencies.
∎ Ensure cleanliness at the health center as well as quality health service.
∎ Ensure effective and timely coordination and liaise with head office, GOB, other Stakeholders, and the local community.
∎ Take effective initiatives to increase customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintain proper documentation and records of all services and generate necessary reports as per office requirements.
∎ Carry out other related duties as and when assigned by the authority/office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Diploma/Certificate course of USG.
∎ Competency: Self-motivated, and energetic with time management skills.
∎ Must possess the ability to work under pressure; should have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Should have a good command of both written and spoken English.
∎ Preference will be given to the candidate having experience in providing Primary Health care through NGO clinics.
∎ Should have competency in MS office packages, email, and web browsing.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 55000 (Monthly)
∎ Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ All other admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Naboborsho Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed.
