Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: BMDC Registration
∎ Training/Trade Course: Minimum 1 year training will be given preference only for Gynae and Obs department.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Strong computer skills and proficiency, Team Leadership, Teamwork, Very good team player

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): clinic, Hospital, Medical College and Hospital

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular visit & follow-up of Indoor patients.
∎ Evaluate medical records and reports to determine patient's health status, needs, treatment, advise physicians and other healthcare specialists.
∎ Create and maintain patient health records.
∎ Perform physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, and provide follow-up care.
∎ Advise patients on preventative and healthy habits.
∎ Serve as primary healthcare provider for patients.
∎ Contribute to business development and Strategic Planning.
∎ Attend regular staff meetings.
∎ Provide support for clinical and administrative functions.
∎ Attend medical conference, training, and meeting.
∎ Assist with patient referrals and follow-up.
∎ Prepare and maintain patient charts, reports, and patient records.
∎ Ensure the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of medical services.
∎ Assist physicians with patient care delivery.
∎ Work with other providers to ensure continuity of care.
∎ Develop and maintain effective communication with physicians, patients, and colleagues.
∎ To ensure the proper medical or treatment services of the patient at outdoor, indoor and emergency basis.
∎ To perform teaching and training of Nurses and allied health care providers.
∎ To attend Continuing Medical Education (CME) session.
∎ To perform roster duty.
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above. Ready to do any other assignment assigned by the organization management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong organizational, positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
∎ Self-motivated, detail-oriented and teamwork skills.
∎ Knowledge & experience in Concern Section.
∎ Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
∎ Avail to read & write English fluently.
