Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have minimum M.B.B.S degree. Surgery and clinical management will be preferable. H/she should be registered to Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Acid Survivors Foundation is going to implement "Prevention, Respond and Resilience building to address burn violence project "in Sirajgonj and Dinajpur District supported by Manusher Jonno Foundation.
∎ Project Duration: Three (3) years from 01 January-2019 to 31 December-2021.
∎ Location: Based in Dhaka and more than 30% time will be required for field visit.
∎ Job Nature: Full time Contractual

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing linkage with holistic medical services for burn survivors;
∎ Organize meeting with burn professionals;
∎ Linkage and Follow up visit at different government medical college and Hospital at Dhaka and Sadar Hospitals (Sirajgonj and Dinajpur district);
∎ Linkage and Follow up visit at OCC, VSC and MSPVAW-program;
∎ Help in getting Medical Certificates to the patients (as and when required);
∎ Conduct orientation on identification of acid and other burns for the community based staffs;
∎ To support team different workshops, round table discussion, meetings etc;
∎ To support team members for different day observations;
∎ To Prepare database of medical linkage participants;
∎ To develop case story, lesson learned and challenges;
∎ Appear court witness frequently in two districts of Bangladesh;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Language proficiency in English is essential.
∎ Strong commitment to the following field.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
∎ Networking and negotiation skills,
∎ Gender sensitive and Values oriented
∎ Hard working and committed to meet targets
∎ Good knowledge on IT.
∎ Integrity, transparency, proactive stance and team building capacity.
∎ Location: Based in Dhaka and more than 30% time will be required for field visit.
∎ Minimum 3 (years) work experience in the field.

Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival bonus, Insurance and others benefits as per Human Resource Policy Manual of the organization and project's budget.
