Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) with 1-year internship having valid registration from Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC).
∎ 1-year post-graduation training at hospital setting in the subject of Gynae and Obs or Masters in public health (MPH) from an accredited academic institution in health, population, reproductive health and demographic studies or other related social sciences.
∎ At least three years of clinical experience in the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health for migrants, refugee and displaced persons.
∎ Previous experience in UN, UN Affiliate or other international organizations is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist National Program Officer (Sexual and Reproductive Health) in preparing monthly supportive supervision and quality improvement plan for the health facilities providing SRH services covering both Ukhiya and Teknaf Upazillas.
∎ Perform monthly supportive supervision to health facilities, conduct clinical audits, monitor and support implementation of quality assurance and quality improvement interventions and provide feedback for necessary improvement and adaptation.
∎ Plan and conduct staff capacity building activities, including formal trainings, continuous medical education (CME) sessions, on job trainings and mentorship sessions
∎ Guide SRH Focal persons and Facility Managers on clinical management of patients, including diagnosis, treatment and referral related to SRH, stock management, investigations, patient rights & dignity and community feedback mechanism.
∎ Monitor and guide implementation of infection prevention and control measures specifically at SRH operation area in line with WHO and IOM guidelines.
∎ Support National Program Officer - SRH in preparing weekly, monthly and other periodic reports and Sitreps.
∎ Support in developing protocols, job aides, IEC materials and procedures for improved performance of SRH activities.
∎ Identify the logistic, infrastructure and operational needs of SRH services and communicate senior management team accordingly. Coordinate with medical logistic team to ensure supply availability at health facilities.
∎ Coordinate with community health work program for capacity building and implementation of necessary messaging and preventive activities.
∎ Conduct monthly meeting with CHWs and TBAs organized by SRH focal persons & implementing partners.
∎ Assist in maternal, perinatal and neonatal death review at health facilities including future recommendations and interventions.
∎ Assist health facilities by providing Hands on training on Basic USG Service (specifically USG of pregnancy profile) where needed.
∎ Any other duties assigned to her by the supervisors.

∎ Fluency in Bangla and English is required.
∎ Ability to communicate in the local Chittagonian/Rohingya dialect will be considered advantageous.
