Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide primary medical care and first aid to injured or ill workers on-site.
∎ Respond to workplace accidents and emergencies and coordinate referrals if needed.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all medical cases and treatments given.
∎ Ensure the factory medical center and first aid boxes are well-equipped and regularly checked.
∎ Conduct health awareness sessions on hygiene, disease prevention, and safety.
∎ Assist in health campaigns, vaccination programs, and periodic check-ups.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly medical reports to HR/Admin.
∎ Coordinate with nearby hospitals in case of referrals.
∎ We are looking for a qualified and proactive Medical Assistant to support the factory health unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first aid, initial treatment of minor injuries, maintaining medical records, and promoting health awareness among employees.
