Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To perform capacity study, time study & method study.
∎ To ensure productivity analysis & efficiency improvement work.
∎ Bottleneck analysis of Assembly Line & Manufacturing section.
∎ Process development support for Kettle and Oven.
∎ Machine installation & trial production for Kettle and Oven.
∎ CTP audit of Kettle assembly line.
∎ Documents generation (Repair SOP, rework SOP, product handling SOP, new product SOP, machine SOP).
∎ To perform capacity study, time study & method study.
∎ To ensure productivity analysis & efficiency improvement work.
∎ Bottleneck analysis of Assembly Line & Manufacturing section.
∎ Process development support for Kettle and Oven.
∎ Machine installation & trial production for Kettle and Oven.
