∎ BSc in Mechanical Engineering from any public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance.
∎ Performing inspections of equipment to ensure that it is in good working order and that safety precautions are being followed
∎ Conducting research on new technology or techniques that may be applied in the workplace
∎ Responding to emergencies & diagnosing faults.
∎ Maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, and tools used in manufacturing processes
∎ Performing preventive maintenance and repair work on machinery, equipment, tools, and other items used in manufacturing processes
∎ Helping to develop a maintenance plan for equipment to ensure that it stays in good working condition over time
∎ Performing tasks such as cleaning machinery or parts to remove dirt or other contaminants that could cause problems during an operation
∎ Evaluating possible causes of machinery failures and taking corrective action where needed
∎ Scheduling maintenance activities to ensure that machinery is in good working order at all times
∎ Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
∎ Keeping records of faults and repairs.
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Hydraulic and pneumatic design
∎ Mechanism design and analysis expert
∎ Time management skills
∎ Team management & development
∎ Operational analysis expert.
∎ Financial acumen
∎ Microsoft Excel Project and auto cad drawing.
