Job Context:
∎ The Mechanical Lead-Maintenance will be responsible for ensuring the minimum equipment downtime, reliable operating condition and optimal performance of all mechanical equipment of the plant through developing and implementing preventive maintenance plan and supervising a team of mechanical maintenance engineers.
∎ He / she shall also have cross functional skill to assist in I&C maintenance, Electrical maintenance and plant operations.
∎
∎ The scope of work of Mechanical Lead-Maintenance shall be described below but not limited to:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the daily activities of all Mechanical Maintenance Engineers and control performance of daily mechanical maintenance activities.
∎ Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all plant mechanical equipment as required to support plant operation.
∎ Maintain and control spare parts inventory in appropriate manner.
∎ Prepare reports, maintain maintenance records and provide regular updates on maintenance activities and equipment performance.
∎ Issue work requisition of spare parts and maintenance service supplies through ERP system.
∎ Maintain mobile equipment and other assets in power plant.
∎ Maintain a clean and safe plant environment.
∎ Train and develop other employees in maintenance skills.
∎ Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Cross sectionally train in Mechanical and l&C as time permits.
∎ Assist in plant operation as required.
∎ Assist in the update of drawings and prints as changes are made.
∎ Provide leadership and job coordination on critical repair or projects.
∎ Maintain positive community relations.
∎ Schedule all outage planning and direct the activities of the Engineers and Technicians.
∎ Develop annually, monthly, weekly, daily maintenance plan, prepare annually maintenance budget and monitor actual expenses to achieve them.
∎ Monitor and analyze equipment performance data, identify potential issues, recommend corrective actions and determine maintenance schedules to optimize plant operation.
∎ Maintain emergency recovery organization system for unexpected emergency situation of plant.
∎ Maintain a high degree of skill in typical PC-based business computing applications such as databases, word processors, spread sheets, etc.
∎ Proactively participate in and contribute to the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO45001:2018 programs.
∎ Should be comfortable wearing PPE for any work inside the plants.
∎ Follow all kind of company regulations and rules including EHS.
∎ Other than above clauses, follow all instruction which is made by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Decision making capabilities, excellent communication, strong leadership.
∎ Ability to read, write and understand instructions and procedures.
∎ Understanding on technology of Combined Cycle Power Plant (GE F-class GT machines experience preferred).
∎ Awareness of importance of HSE compliance.
∎ Good English writing skill for preparing manuals, procedures and reports.
