Job Context:

∎ The Christian Cooperative Credit Union Ltd., Dhaka is looking for qualified candidates for its Devine Mercy General Hospital (DMGH) Project as described below:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordination with the entire Team that is involved in the particular project.
∎ Responsible to complete project work within the scheduled time frame as per targets set by the management.
∎ Monitor & supervise all the utility issues such as substation, generator, lift, medical equipment & related works, AC & HVAC system, hot water system, firefighting systems and all other electrical & mechanical equipment, workshop, ETP, STP & WTP, etc.
∎ Prepare technical proposal and method statement as required.
∎ Collect mechanical work specifications and price index documents of Bangladesh.
∎ Work closely with Drawing Design, Specification & Estimate (BOQ), Supply Chain, Committee & Accounts Department.
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
∎ Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site related with mechanical work; verifying calculations and placements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years in which 3 years' experience in Hospital project as Mechanical Engineer.
∎ Working in hospital projects will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ MEP, Fire Fighting Systems, HVAC Systems, Mechanical Equipment etc.
∎ Age maximum 40 years
∎ Male candidates are preferred to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge about Substation, Generator, Lift, Medical Equipment & Related works, AC & HVAC System, Hot Water system, Fire Fighting systems and all other mechanical equipment, etc.
∎ Should have knowledge about the consumption capacity of cable, switch, socket, circuit breaker etc.
∎ Excellent proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, MS-Project, Auto CAD and Mechanical Design related software.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, excellent teamwork, coordination & proactive attitude, especially with Management & Site Office.
∎ Should work well in team oriented, fast-paced environment and have experience in the field job.
∎ Should be independently motivated and schedule-driven with a proven history of successful coordination and meeting deadlines and have a flexible schedule.
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
