Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electro Mechanical Work

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling electro mechanical matters of project.
∎ Study and prepare specifications of all type of EME works like sub-station, generator, fire protection, detection and alarm system, electric pump, lift, escalator, HVAC system, etc.
∎ Supervising erection of mechanical plant and equipment, piping works, gas stations, etc.
∎ Time to time compares the actual work done against planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of the project.
∎ Checking and ensuring the quality materials before use & control the wastage of materials and workmanship of each work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Total work experience at least 12 years (Compulsory).
∎ Experience in the Construction / Engineering field at least 8 years (Compulsory).
∎ Must have experience of working in at least three (03) Building construction projects (Compulsory).
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have excellent oral and written communication skills (In English).
∎ Experience of working in a foreign company (Japanese) will get preference.
