Job Context:
∎ The selected candidate will be working in Hashem Foods Ltd. a concern of Sajeeb Group
∎ Job Location: Hashem Foods Ltd Factory, Bhulta, Rupganj, Narayanganj
∎ Report to: Chief Mechanical Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor of breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance and scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting of machines and equipment.
∎ Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying machinery and equipment for smooth production as per specification.
∎ Monitor and supervise shift as well as mechanical team and report to chief engineer.
∎ Evaluate performance as well as Identify training needs and provide required training of maintenance staff.
∎ Verify inventory of all equipment, attachments, folders, spare parts, etc.
∎ Prepare SOP (if required) for maintenance of plant & machinery and utility installation of the factory.
∎ Keep updating regarding various spare parts, factory stocks as well as good coordination with the store.
