∎ Salam Steel Concast Re-Rolling Mills Madanpur Unit Ltd. (SCRM) The leading Manufacturer of MS Rebar & Sectional items in the country, is looking for " Mechanical Engineer- Rolling Mill (Operation) `` for its factory.
∎ Job Location-Madanpur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall factory productions Planning supervision and follow up.
∎ Good knowledge in production and planning.
∎ Need to achieve day to day target production as per given plan.
∎ Constantly review and evaluate current policies and practices and implement changes to operating procedures when the need arises.
∎ He will prepare production plan of the each section of the Production Process and monitoring day to day work of each section.
∎ Increase smooth transition of production by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of that.
∎ Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures to increase productivity.
∎ Analyze Machine downtime causes and plan corrective action to enhance production and productivity.
∎ Ensures adequate motivation and retention of all workers.
∎ Effectively manage labor requirements/manpower planning, production planning, stock management, instrumentation calibration, plant modifications and develop innovative systems and processes utilizing all available technology.
∎ Proactively engage with equipment suppliers to ensure that their expertise contributes to the effective operation of production equipment and resolution of problems
∎ Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency
∎ Prepare daily production report with details analysis.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Operation, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Steel Industry
∎ Minimum 5 years of practical experience of a large Rolling Mills .
∎ Willing to live at the work place will get privileges.
∎ Have good leadership ability to take all over the responsibility of Steel production
∎ He must be hard working with capability of preparing production plans, shipment schedules and implement the same by coordinating, supervising, guiding, monitoring and controlling all the activities of production, quality control and delivery of the goods.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
