Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the equipment is erected, pre-commissioned, tested (if required) and commissioned in accordance with agreed contracts. Coordination with equipment suppliers is important task during construction.
∎ Resolve with the suppliers, clients if there are any non-conformities noticed while discharging the above duties.
∎ A mechanical engineer supervises all installations of machines and equipment at site thereby ensuring fulfillment of industry standards and requirements.
∎ He is also supposed to review the works produced by the design engineers and maintains necessary coordination with other discipline engineers for smooth flow of projects.
∎ He will also review progress meeting and will inspect the machine components or other machinery.
∎ He will be responsible for all activities involving man & machine at the project site.
∎ A mechanical engineer must have roles in industrial manufacturing, industrial service sector, energy sectors and automotive sector.
∎ Ensuring proper erection and alignment of pumps motors, pipeline, crane etc.
∎ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
∎ Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.
∎ Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
∎ Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
∎ Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
∎ Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products, using drafting tools or computer-assisted design/drafting equipment and software.
∎ Provide feedback to design engineers on customer problems and needs.
∎ Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning by day to day, weekly and monthly observation.
∎ Conduct research that tests and analyzes the feasibility, design, operation and performance of equipment, components and systems.
∎ Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
∎ Develop and test models of alternate designs and processing methods to assess feasibility, operating condition effects, possible new applications and necessity of modification.
∎ Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition.
∎ Study industrial processes to determine where and how application of equipment can be made.
∎ Apply engineering principles and practices to emerging fields, such as robotics, waste management, and biomedical engineering.
∎ Design test control apparatus and equipment and develop procedures for testing products.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines.
∎ In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics.
∎ Must work well in team oriented, fast-paced environment and have experience in the field job.
∎ The position needs excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, capacity to work independently and must be smart with pleasant personality, convincing / interpersonal communication skills, ability to learn quickly and hardworking.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
