Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical from a reputed engineering university with at least CGPA 3.0 on a scale of 4.0
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, conceptualize and create mechanical designs for new projects and its implementation;
∎ Manage the project to meet the time, cost and quality objectives. Monitoring of overall site construction with the view of forecasting problems for their prevention;
∎ Close monitoring of all potential cost and time variations to the contracts. Recommending payments to contractors and consultants;
∎ Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and work with vendors and contractors as and when necessary and to handle any dispute resolution that may arise;
∎ Active support and involvement of tender documentation;
∎ Provide regular project update and generate progress report;
∎ Ensure that all mechanical systems are in good and safe conditions and the engineering team uses equipment safely and efficiently to avoid accidents;
∎ Communicate overall condition of engineering systems to the reporting supervisor on regular basis;
∎ Recommend cost-effective solutions to maintain related systems;
∎ Educate team on safety regulations, engineering policies and other company standards;
∎ Oversee recycling and waste disposal programs;
∎ Prioritize, plan and assign daily work duties to engineering staffs;
∎ Perform engineering calculations to support design work;
∎ Perform detailed documentation to track project development and mechanical process;
∎ Perform any other related jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The applicant must have minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Industrial Management. Experience in Project Management is an added advantage. Less than 8 years of experience need not apply.
