Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ BSc In Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for providing mechanical design related drawing (if needed), technical analysis and resolution of engineering problems.
∎ Execution of Scheduled routine predictive and corrective maintenance activities
∎ Maintain proper documentation process for machinery maintenance
∎ Plan with the manager regarding upcoming maintenance and raisee spare requisition for that.
∎ Assist in identifying appropriate tools and equipment which may improve work method and productivity
∎ Co-ordinate with Windows regarding repair jobs and instruct them suitable for finalizing the scope.
∎ Responsible for periodic and schedule maintenance of all machinery, equipment and site supervision work
∎ Ensure proper monitoring and follow up routine for schedule maintenance. Including breakdown maintenance prevention maintenance troubleshooting maintenance etc.
∎ Control and manage engineering team through regular visit as necessary in order to assess progress, safety and quality and give instruction or advice to engineering supervisors and workers
∎ Ensure workplace safety, procedure and checklist followed for any electrical/ mechanical job.
∎ Effective utilization of spare parts, materials, manpower etc.
∎ Co-ordinate with other maintenance supervisors for smoother execution
∎ Prepare necessary reports and recordkeeping
∎ Excellent knowledge of hydraulic machine Palm compressor maintenance and power plant related work
∎ Excellent knowledge of new machine installation
∎ Excellent knowledge of welding and welding test
∎ Excellent knowledge of UG piping work OH piping work
∎ Excellent knowledge of prepare side mechanical related drawing (AutoCAD) and WPS
∎ Look after all necessary purchase requisition of mechanical equipment for low sound environment health and safety practices on and off duty.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the authority.

∎ Age at most 30 years
