∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): cement industry, Installation and Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, VRM
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Multinational Companies

Job Context:
∎ Confidence Cement Dhaka Ltd is looking for a Mechanical Engineer.
∎ Cement Plant Location: Danga, Polash, Norshingdi.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead erection team
∎ Inspect the erection work of contractor
∎ Materials & other supports of contractors.
∎ Supervise the Erection work at feed building of line-2
∎ Guide and supervise the contractors’ works
∎ Ensure the machine & equipment erection as per drawings or as per instruction of site manager.
∎ Ensure the quality of jobs (like welding, fitting, leveling, alignment etc.)
∎ Maintenance of cement plant (VRM-2)
∎ Prepare Maintenance Plan.
∎ Plan and schedule the lubrication activities of Cement Plant.
∎ Lead the utility team
∎ Prepare spare parts list on a regular basis and send it to appropriate authority for procurement.
∎ Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
∎ Ensure site safety (zero harm to man & machine) and housekeeping

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience in VRM Installation & maintenance.
∎ Must have experience on Erection & Maintenance in Cement Industries
∎ Installation/ Erection, Operation & Maintenance, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management,
∎ Practical Experience in VRM- Cement Plant Erection & Commissioning.
∎ Excellent knowledge on AutoCAD & MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project).
∎ Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
∎ Able to forecast Project engineering schedule.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong leadership skill.
∎ Must have good command on reading, writing and speaking English.
