Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Bachelor's in engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical from reputed public or private university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, design, and inspect mechanical components and systems, such as machines, tools, and WTP, STP etc.
∎ Responsible for implementing project preventative maintenance plan & manage, control all problems related to service supply to tenant in IP include supporting service, water etc.
∎ Basic knowledge of operation of WTP, STP, water distribution & water transmission system.
∎ Study and understand tender documents, vendor quotations, employer's requirements, proposed design regarding central water treatment plant, central sewage treatment plant, water distribution system, water transmission system etc.
∎ Check and modify construction related documents like MAR, ITP, RFI, ESI, RFA, WMS etc. as per technical specifications and drawings provided by the design team, consultants, contractors.
∎ Prepare internal regulation (IR) and construction regulation (CR) for the incoming customers to BSEZ based on company's guidelines.
∎ Attend regular online and offline meetings with different government authorities like BREB, PGCB, PBS, Titas, WARPO for connection, design approval and other actions for different utility services i.e., power, gas, and water.
∎ Manage work allocation and activities of the technical operators for routine activities.
∎ Attend meeting with industrial park potential tenants for technical clarifications (regarding different utility services, construction regulations, guidelines etc.) before starting construction in BSEZ.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1/2 year of work experience is preferable.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive or controversial subjects with tact, kindness, and professionalism.
