Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing project specifications, developing work schedules, and delegating tasks to different teams.
∎ Completing blueprint designs using CAD software and making appropriate adjustments.
∎ Collaborating with other engineers and technical personnel to develop instructional and training manuals where required.
∎ Ensuring that each project stays within the allocated budget and timeframe.
∎ Scheduling meetings and training sessions when necessary.
∎ Preparing documentation of critical analysis and providing suggestions for correcting errors
∎ Collaborating with Project Managers for proper allocation and tracking of resources
∎ Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems
∎ Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends and recommending actions
∎ Preparing estimates for labor costs, materials costs, and equipment costs to determine project budgets
∎ Drafting detailed construction plans, including diagrams of mechanical systems and layouts of machinery rooms or buildings
∎ Identifying potential risks and developing plans to mitigate them
∎ Able to dismantle a machine or machine parts and reassemble them as per design and drawings.
∎ Erection of machinery and equipment and good command in fabrication process of mechanical parts and components of steel materials
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates with relevant experience from Particle Board and MDF industry will be preferred.
